I think the $5mil 20% unsecured loan was only supposed to be short term one like a bankcard. Covid slowed net profitability so this extended for ANMA upgrades etc was the result. The other $5mil is partially secured at 13% and can be converted to shares. Jatcorp are working on paying back/refinancing these anyway and we would all like to see this.
Some who thought they were going to benefit from a slump in SP may be disappointed. Buyer strength does not seem to be diminishing.
