My experience with fake meat has been a good one.Im an ex wheat and sheep farmer,I used to kill my own livestock and had occassionaly thought how tastless vegetarian food must be.I slowly but surely became interested in a vegetarian diet because of factory farming and its affect on our healh and the health of the planet involving the use of antibiotics and other chemicals and the desire to have a cruelty free world and now have been vego for 17 years.Any change is strange at first but as you prepare more vegetarian meals you get more used to the taste and also get
better at cooking with spices and sauces.My mrs says to me sometimes,"you miss the taste of meat .
dont you"and I can honestly say to her that I have never missed it for a second
