The Chinese Community Party is making this happen, There will be an increase in plant based food whether consumers like it or not, They have no choice, This wil;l happen. I would say that the plant based foods will become more common in the western countries also. It seems that the recent buy up by the 'well to do' of agricultural land will ensure that. Prime cuts of meat will become a delicacy that most will only be able to afford occasionally, The writing is on the wall imo.
