I like you conservative approach.

Too many posters on other HC forums make ridiculous statements on where SP's should be. However I believe Jatcorp SP has been beaten down on SP for a year or more through various VWAP periods. The latest being the notes conversions and bulk selling of shares by them and some of the $2.8 mil placement shares.

Surely a rebound now that this has stopped and an SP back to 5 cents or more is very probable. This is where it was prior to the conversions.

As for the next 4c cash flow, as long as the sales receipts are growing it shows the positive direction that is anticipated from recent announcements. As for loans, I think a lot of company's would like Jatcorps problems. Finding enough cash to produce more product for high profit margin, fast growing sales volumes.

I consider myself conservative as well but we seem to have enough information to anticipate where Jatcorp is heading business wise. SP's seem to be priced by the market not only on actual s but anticipated growth and profitability.
