These paragraphs from the last 4c confirmed Jatcorps intention and this does now seem a logical step IMO. Ego does not seem to come into it just rational business planning.

The was also some criticism of Sunnya buying an office complex in Sydney as ego thing.

If you understand the difficulty of acquiring cheap unsecured business loans, capital expenditure on an asset that can be used as security in the event of the need of funds is also a good business decision.

thanks. yes I wasn't a fan of that Sunnya purchase either. not when high interest loans are in play.
but in the end if you invest, unless to be an activist shareholder, you need to have some faith in management and strategy (at least to sleep imo)

I sold out last year as I didn't like a few things. but back in now. let's see how it all goes.
