It may be a simple question but I do not know the answer. It is clear to me that manipulation is occurring but I do not have the information or inclination to identify who is responsible. I will sit tight with Jat. They will let go of this soon. I can wait. Once they do and a few significant anns flow in over the rest of 2018 this will get to its true current value and move beyond it.
