I have to agree with you, P&D certainly occurred in 2018 during BOOM market in many many stocks and also happened in JAT. If you have been in spec. stocks at that time (which you claimed you were), you must also aware that almost 90% of the small/spec stocks were P&D 5-30 bags (WHA, BUB, ASN, PNP, LKE many more). So it's not fair to say its JAT is a D&P stock because of that - during BOOM market at perfect timing
In 2018 when JAT just acquired GK, we can't see it selling anywhere in China, but today we are in a very different position. Since you mentioned that you have been investing for 30 years, so I expect you know the valuation of JAT comparing today and at the time we just have GK.
