Lets's face it, JAT need several announcements to clarify their company position.

Most investors have either lost confidence in management's ability and/or their true motivations and are becoming suspicious.   JAT management/owners have brought this on themselves.  Phone calls unanswered, vague anns, insufficient acquisitions info, etc etc.  
I actually think a TH should be requested, before JAT becomes the subject of an AFR investigation (BIG style).

If there is to be a big delay regarding SMRA application, and factors causing this, JAT should announce, explain.  If none of these things happen, then think we may see 3c.

I am not down ramping, - have no spare capital to buy in. I am just stating current obvious circumstances.
