Personally, I think JAT’s business structures is way too complicated for any businesses that are interested in taking over, if they are interested in taking over that most likely will be the other 49% of Sunnya as this is the only main business that is currently getting market attention in China, also Sunnya has Goat Formula as well, so it makes sense to take the 49% rather than come in to clean up the messy GK. AMNA is newly purchased so I don’t think anyone wants that yet, GF just a wholesaler at the moment with very little to nothing margins.

Well the Chinese gov did recommend companies to take over dairy companies. Jat would fit the bill, sunnya and jat can be acquired for fairly cheap. Problem with just acquiring sunnya is they dont get ANMA and wont have control as jat has majority. Also chinese companies have more than enough money not to care about the other Subsidiaries ie GF and just close them down if they wanted to.
