Regarding the impact to the SP if there is a further protracted delay of the SMRA approval, obviously this is hypothetical, but IMO there could be some holding back the price. They have previously advised it was expected in Dec 2018, accordingly a significant further delay, particularly without communication to the market, would reduce confidence in the management (or reduce it further for those already with doubts). They would need a pretty solid reason for the delay and some excellent news on other fronts to counter balance it.
Hopefully the company can start to be valued on the basis of it's financial performance (and to that end it would help if they started turning a profit instead of relying on CR's...).
A good 4C should re-rate the company based on tangible figures. An SMRA announcement would be a real bonus.
