OMH is yet in production and there have been many delays. they are also an unknown quantity with no previous operational mines, led by Singaporeans. Their mine grade is half that of Woodie, 24% and small production will mean higher operating costs. There is no comparison really to Woodie and CSMs status as a proven producer, however it all hangs on the Ni now. Remember the Mn market is small, so easily manipulated. Do you know if Mn is used in all steel production, or just in selected alloys such as stainless ? l am not sure about that one.
Down to 2.68 this morning - wasnt it supposed to turn around in the 2.60 range ?
