Sunnya have been increasing net profit for years. When Jat bought 51% of them they were net profitable.

This is the only time we have seen a breakdown on there margins separate to Jatcorp. This was in the 2019 annual report showing 9 months from DOA. And that is net profit after tax not gross operating profit. Jatcorp gets paid over half of Sunnyas net profit straight into their bank as a dividend. .


The 32 mil deal is only one sales channel for Neurio sales. They still have all their other sales channels such as online.

As for how much ANMA will make out of the deal with Sunnya's move from some homart manufacturing to ANMA. This is unknown.

Sorry to be so obscure but that is the nature of a conglomerate like JAT' its complex.

Jatcorp will get at least $5 mil and possibly up to $10mil net profit from this one $32mil deal paid directly straight into their account through a dividend with tax already paid on it.
