G'Day AS.Im with Captain Steve, i would prefer online sales over bricks and mortar stores everyday of the week- less overheads equals more profit equals happy me! I am hoping due to the online success of sales they are having a Supply versus Demand issue at the moment, which would equate to controlling their own manufacturing base and plant. Reading between the lines it looks as like they wouldn't be able to supply a bricks and mortar store with enough product to supply a certain amount of shelf space due to its popularity- stores don't like vacant shelves. But i do agree with you, would've liked some feedback from the company regarding the maternity store- but one thing i have learnt with JAT is they are not big on the communication side of things. Keep up the passion.
