I won't tempt fate by saying the position can't be worse than it is now, as let's be honest they're no strangers to shooting themselves in the foot...
CIIE shouldn't be viewed as the great white hope, but it is a relevant expo in which JAT have positioned themselves with a strategic alignment with SD. Positive newsflow from that in the form of orders and agreements of substance would hopefully be taken positively by the market. There are no guarantees, particularly as CC points out their last expo efforts were sub-par.
Otherwise NCA / GK / SMRA remains an elephant in the room and needs addressing. Whether or not JAT profess to be FMCG with IF interests, IMO the market in general expects an IF business. So clarity around this element is needed before anything meaningful will happen.
Lastly the effect of Brett Crowley taking over from Mr Li needs to be evaluated as well.
