On 15th October 2024, The Intermediate People's Court of Fuzhou City made a final judgement on Neurio trademark and products sold in China. The previous judgment by the Fuqing Court was overturned, and it was ruled that the Chinese agent of JAT and Sunnya Pty Ltd had infringed upon the Neurio trademark rights owned by Guangzhou Aotea Biological Technology Co., Ltd. The court ordered the Chinese import agent of JAT and Sunnya Pty Ltd to immediately cease the infringing activities, stop the import and sale of the infringing products, and refrain from assisting others in customs declaration, warehousing, transportation, or providing any other facilitation related to the infringement.
