Don’t think anyone really has a problem with the business well I don’t but I do have a problem with selling us out for nothing every time we need some mulla to grow the business. Definitely not good business practice imo in a world of low interest rates & we are paying a real lot of interest which could be going towards other parts of the business . It may be keeping future shareholders from entering long term & also scaring current holders with it heavy dilution of shares with the convertible notes. It’s possible now we may covert the current loan into more shares at a rate lower than current sp . It’s has not happen but unfortunately our past leans towards the possible. Grow the sp & tap some new investors & holders at a better rate or sp without handing them out like skittles in the playground & make Jat a company that shareholders won’t want to sell & enjoy the ride to top with them.
