Jatcorp is not a Chinese listed company on the ASX. Jatcorp, the parent company is an Australian company. It has never been a Chinese company. It has Australian subsidiary's Green Forrest and Sunnya and JAT Oppenheimer. Oppenheimer is an international company.

I believe another Jatcorp subsidiary JWR international is registered in Hong Kong. This is the cosmetics arm of Jatcorp and registered there as it is the cosmetics manufacturing centre of the world.

The new subsidiary Hangzhou JAT is registered in China to facilitate manufacturing there. Vmeat for the local Chinese market is the first on the list.

Jatcorp is an international conglomerate like Nestles. Jatcorp arranges for the manufacture of its products in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea and China.

It has an ever increasing diversity of world market penetration objectives including the recent South Korea announcement, although its focus and main customers are in China at the moment.
