    The company is legally obligated to inform shareholders of any "negative material outcomes" coming out of JAWS.

    What I mean is if the research and piloting (JAWS) shows a consensus conclusion that it is not possible to get economic amounts of gas in the scale required, then STX has to announce it. If it needs time to double check and re-confirm, then a TH is required.

    Since there hasn't been any, and all publicly announced news thus far has been "steady she goes" and "we're about to reach desorption point"; then we can only make our conclusions based on those statements.
    It all depends in the end if you're glass half-empty or glass half-full.

    I'm the latter; in the end it is just CSG (CBM overseas) and the company and geos in the area know the rocks down there so it will happen! There's CSG all over the bloody country and around the world! We're not extracting or mining or drilling for tellurium here (rarest element on earth!).
