    They are very good. It took cutting edge technical skill to go back a reprocess the data for WE then devise a successful drilling strategy. It took management nouce and courage to negotiate a farm in with WGO when cash for scarce (and many were asking, why are we suddenly investing in WA?). It took foresight and more courage to takeover UIL for absolute peanuts before the drill had hit the ground (and when cash for just as scarce). After that it took skill to get the right drilling crew, and negotiate GSAs and attract $100 million in infrastructure investment without diluting existing shareholders to buggery. And it will be the management skill and geological skill that will be important to unlocking the potential in SE. How many micro caps transition to being a $100 million company, let alone a $billion one?

    Lady luck (or risk) is always present in life, but you need skill to make friends with her.

    P.S. Without the potential of Jaws, we wouldn't have been able to raise the capital needed to farmin into
    WE. Even if Jaws turns out not to be economically viable, it played a crucial role in the company's history.
