can't figure out why MIG did not request this class ruling prior to Demerger and rely on the lawyers' opinions.
if ATO declines this class ruling, need to pay tax ~11.6 c per MIG share. this is destroying value.
don't see the logic that if you demerge and hold on to SRG shares, you have to pay tax.
