Laughable: people here commenting on / dogging Jacqui's work ethic, needing an EA etc, having led this company and team with ALL her energy for years, majority prior to IPO, with very limited resources.

Her EA, who people think was recently appointed as excessive / unnecessary expense, was with her for 4 years previously, up to 2019 (majority of time prior to IPO), providing comprehensive support & playing critical role in making it ALL work: going from concept, to something which Paul Wiltshire wanted exposure to... with him then becoming significant shareholder, and sitting as a Board observer.

If you think he is investing both time and capital in JXT to 'stalk' it as a takeover, rather than seeing this Company as a complementary partner to his own business, you are mad.

While raising $ via RTO was not ideal (lots of other comments here re the people that transaction brought on board) it was expedient at the time in terms of funding, and moving things forward, via the public market.

Bought at IPO: I feel for you, as this company is a verified first mover (queue Paul Wiltshire from private market land) and tough to value on public exchange, let alone the ASX, where it is a rare species, to say the least. They also then had this band called Covid take the main stage not long after listing, decimating JXT's industry! To say at $10m MC, JXT is toast... is quite frankly, absurd.

Metrics may not be moving as fast as people would like, and for sure, outlook re APIs has been stretched to date (not out of deceit, just fact they are verified first mover, and it takes 2 parties to tango).

Company's offering, in multiple directions, will create enormous value over time and it is going to be a great ride.
