That's their interpretation of the ASX listing rules and enough for them to not get in trouble. I work in the space from a legal perspective. Anything that has the ability to materially persuade or change an investors sentiment on a stock is deemed materially sensitive and should be cleansed appropriately.

I don't think any long term holders here are surprised they didn't announce it as management are conservative (and I'd suggest a tad lazy) when it comes to investor disclosures. It does allows investors with a close eye on these threads to acquire cheaper while 99% of ASX investors have absolutely no clue. A good thing for those who have not setup a good position yet and believe in their unicorn potential.
