It's more like telling LinkedIn (an online database) they should develop an online learning platform to upskill employees - which is exactly what they did (LinkedIn Learning - $100M annual revenue).
Or telling Apple (originally just a hardware vendor) they should develop Apple Music & Apple TV. Or telling Amazon (originally just an online bookstore) they should develop Prime Video & AWS.
If companies just did as you suggest - stay in their lane & stick to their knitting - they would never maximise their potential. And remember Jaxsta's remit is to maximise returns for shareholders (not just provide returns).
