I hope Jaxsta's governance is better than that - as a listed company they are expected to notify the market/shareholders of serious offers.
Regal would probably sell in a heartbeat if the price was right so they could take a profit & redeploy funds, frankly their ownership stake is a double-edged sword for Jaxsta.
You are right 2022 will be a really interesting year for the music industry. I just hope the limelight can be on Jaxsta & their Web2 focus not other Web3-focused music industry organisations like MODA DAO (another Australian startup)
