I don’t recall a Songtradr acquisition over $11m. Why would they pay $20m?
Good companies go broke due to cash flow. On what planet could they raise capital now?. And if they could even $1m at 2c would require 50m shares. A 3rd rate API wont save this. Another 20,000 subscribers won’t save this. Only with a massive API or a Songtradr buy out within the next 2-3mths will we recover 60% (assuming most in over 4c). The days of 8-10c are a long way off.

Just an update on this slide would be nice. Looks a bit like a fairytale now. But they presented it and raised capital on the back of this. They should be held accountable.
