Any announcement that indicates they've found a way to monetise this asset and we see a huge rerate.
This could be the introduction of onsite advertising, new subscription options (Fans) or the holy grail - API deals that actually pay money.

A hostile takeover offer - at these prices its a real risk.

On the downside, the risk is they continue to do nothing and good money goes after bad. I think we're past that now.

A lot of reasons why it can bounce from here.
