1. Growth % is high but from low numbers
2. Valuation is too expensive - this should have been a $10m market cap company IMO
3. Use of funds allocation - they allocate $1m to Europe and US; they are two VERY different markets, Europe is not just one big market, to me it says they didnt research it well or just fudged the budget
4. Product - when was the last time you used a shuttle to get to / from the airport? it's a very niche market of people using shuttles and i'm guessing most people just find someone at the airport
