Its absolutely pathetic to pretend that wind gusts of 100kph, 100mm of rain, and a system with a central pressure of 982hPA is "extreme" or "unprecented" when you're living on the edge of the Southern Ocean. Ever heard of the "roaring 40s ?".
For the past few years we've been told our weather is getting drier, less stormy, etc due to weather systems being pushed further south into the Southern Ocean due to climate change. Now we're being told climate change is causing the same weather systems to come further north again ?
Each way bet by the climate change fraudsters, as usual.
