    Agree. It could run up above 5c (maybe touching 6c or 7c) for a period of time and then drop back to 5c to fit MB's will. However, the market can be highly unpredictable and it is not necessarily bad for MB if the price goes up and never comes back below 5c. I think where the price goes depends on when MB would like to turn his convertible notes to shares. If he does that as early as he can (even if the price has reached 10c for example), it suggests his positive outlook of Jayex's future and the price will go up further. However, if he hesitates to make the conversion when the price is more than 5c, it is likely that the price would go back to 5c to allow the conversion to happen. But in either situation, 5c looks like a very cheap price now for investors. So I predict it would break 5c and touching 7c next week based on the current momentum. Just a prediction of course and it could go the other way.
