a tad unprofessional by her in my humble opinion, and bit of a dogs act to kick a company while its down but it could be revenge for A2M equally unprofessional Announcement about "lessons learnt" (or was it an article?). i am not a fan of hers BUT reckon she did one thing well that the existing board wasn't happy about and that is her goal of investing in marketing more. board members felt that it was a waste and that it would eat into profit %. market is very important. i think there was some serious tension around this. but come one.... AS IF she was ever the right fit for A2M. I reckon any director is likely to butt heads with that muppet in london. he needs to go.
