Annualise earnings and you get $6ps. So PE is circa 7.5. Even as a bond, i.e. assuming no future earnings growth ever, that would be highly attractive. At the end of the day the numbers don't lie, allowing a very respectable dividend. Happy to bet against the negativity priced in here. In the words of Obama, 'choose hope!'.
