this zinc price is just loading ZFX up with profit.
I think it was in the annual report that each $1 gain in the price of zinc was worth $15m ebita, is that right?
also in the annual report they were assuming a weakness in lead. cant ZFX get anything right?
the lead price keeps going up as well. I think we will see the extra work at the mine offset completely against the increase in zinc prices.
you could be right about the downramping, unfortunately the market can be manipulated and i will look to accumulate more if we see the $6's again.
Its interesting to see the skeptical post about the companies future earnings.
They vary from broker to broker but the consensus of 5 analysts have them at $1.10 in June this year.
We will have to wait and see, i think its a fairly good speculative buy on that basis.
