re: a cfd play with zfx & kzl nicky
i know very little about CFD's and would be interested in hear anything you have to teach me about trading them.
In regards to shorting ZFX, i am heavily backing them to increase in price. It seems that there has been a bit of a sell off due to the announcement the other day but i see them being an absolute cash cow over the next couple of years.
Their earnings are anticipated to be $1.10 per share in june 06 for the full year.
We are talking $500 mil profit with a 3.34% full franked dividend which is awesome for a miner.
what do you think they might do with the $375 mil they are keeping?
it would be a brave play to short them. only my opinion.
Have a look at TZN and BSM who are working with ZFX and may be a good speculative option as well.
