Have you had a chance to listen to the 24 minute Wedcast presentation (MSB website)? A good overview of whats in the pipeline and as noted in your post, lots of news flow coming.
Outside of Silviu covering CHF and the main Phase II outcomes being met(i.e safety... but the welcome news was that there was statiscally sigificant efficacy as well, even though trial was not powered for efficacy), when he came to present the diabetes pre-cinical results, you can feel the addrenlin quitely pumping and how excited he is about this application.
Lots to look forward to on 2012.
