The change of company name isn't really an 'issue' at all.
The ASX are concerned that FKP are right in the middle of a huge capital raising process which is being conducted in the company name 'FKP'.
Changing the company name from FKP to Aveo mid-capital raising could cause all manner of problems for shareholders who are less switched on than your average HC poster.
The whole capital raising will complete on 9th Dec.... the name change takes effect the following day, 10th Dec.
All seems very sensible to me.
