Can someone explain to me why Centro lenders would not reduce the interest rate/s to Centro and assist it in surviving - especially if the result is a better return to the lenders?
Surely with interest rates falling, the outlook for Centro should be better? I understand the lenders risk/rate MO, however these high interest rates may kill Centro - not its properties, which are good and paying their way.
