    No - I wasn't being facetious at all.

    I just used the words from the article itself is all - I personally read the word slashed/slashes (whatever it was) as a bullish signal in the article & yes I agree with you ... it is an upgrade! OMG CT I know we are all hanging on the edge of our seats but please don't go getting 'fruit syndrome' on me now - lol.
