NTaylor, you make valid points. If this is what Brabus means why doesn't he explain himself?
My take on them pushing back 3 years is that they don't realistically think they can achieve the milestones for Matmor by 2011.
I dont think a 12mill share offer to change the agreement is over the top, do you? Not unless they start selling on market, then my opinion might change.
