Victor John Plummer is one of Australia’s most successful share investor and has significant holdings over 1 million shares, in numerous and a a variety of companies and LICs.
How interesting then is the latest HML company announcement dated..... yep,,, wait for it.......today.! .. that Victor Plummer ceased to be a substantial holder in HML on yep... wait for it...... on 3 Feb 2017 !!!!
Mr Plummer signed the Cessation of Substantial holder on 16 Mar 2019, so it could have been his fault, but it’s interesting that the said company didn’t address the issue, nor did ASIC or any of the other regulatory bodies until over 2 years had passed.
A simple error ? Or something else untoward ?
