All they have ro do is look at the number of trades and the amount of brokerage vs the size of the trading porfolio on the bhd financial statement and ask themselves whether a person trading would trade like that if they were trying to make a positive return for the investors given that 1) the strategy always loses money and 2) the entitity charging the brokerage fees is a related party to bhd management the investment manager and stuart. And 3) they appear to be having liquidity problems if all the loans are anything to go by.
