As of close today MRE is trading at a prospective PE of 7.33 vs JBM at 12.95.
Given MRE will surprise more to the upside on earnings than JBM, MRE is trading at quite a discount to JBM.
Applying even the same PE to MRE as JBM, we arrive at a share price of $6.98.
If fundamentals are driving the share price, we have some way to go yet.
