    For some reason they had CER and CNP properties averaging a 10% yield the next revaluations are done on the basis that its Australian portfolio is made up of neighbourhood shopping malls.

    All the other listed REITs in the report had yields alot less than this.

    Neighbourhood shopping malls are more non-discretionary than a Westfield shopping centre IMO and more resilient in times of economic downtruns, especially those that have a supermarket as the anchor tenant.

    Also how the hell can Centro the Glen be classified as a neighbourhood mall, lol
