I too am a CA, and I hope you'll agree with me on the following points:

- A company's financials do not solely determine its share price

- Whilst you believe NEA financials could be in better shape, you're not suggesting or hinting at fraudulent activity unlike JCapital.

- That J Capital is not at all an independent party nor is their report. In fact I'd go so far as say they are perpetuating a type of securities fraud and that they are fraudsters, playing on inherent risks when investing in equities.

I don't wish to see good hardworking mums and dads, retirees and investors get cheated out of their hard earned funds, just because of some dodgy report. Or even if they are not so good at reading a set of financials. I believe the stock is worth $3-4 a share.
