Agree 100% mondyinvest; it is about the points made, not the messenger.
I am looking forward to a detailed rebuttal by VUL, and this will speak volumes about their "probable" vs "possible"...
If they are as legit as some think, then this is a great opportunity to clarify to the market, imo.

The parts of the report I've read, along with that video that @butcherboy and others posted is very interesting. The sensitivities wrt assumed/estimated flows and recovery seem to be critical, and need to be very clearly addressed imo.

I am interested that holders here (who I expect would know a lot of the detail about the issues raised) don't seem to be addressing those issues, instead talking about the "messenger" or Gina or off-takes etc....? Strange. Have the off-takers prepaid and is their money actually at risk? hmmm...

You make a lot of sense. Nice posts/logic/perspective.
