I took a look at this because I big in the Lithium space. No position or opinion on VUL specifically though. But from my many years of full-time actively investing, the majority of these short reports are BS - not all, but definitely the majority.

The only thing here that stood out to me is VUL's valuation vs. other European lithium projects at $1.85B market cap. I'm in EMH which stands at only $245M. That's not to say VUL is overvalued, because I'm quite convinced EMH is drastically undervalued.

If you have conviction in the fundamentals here I'd encourage to hold strong, these short reports commonly cause a bit of panic but eventually become a thing of the past, assuming they're meritless.

Figured I'd add the few thoughts I had on this, for what they're worth......
