I think investors are wise to define the claims made by Jcap, and ask are they defamatory or true with a rational point for point rebuttal.
If investors think it’s a joke by a rabid shorter, then VUL should sue Jcap on behalf of it’s shareholders. And at very least denounce the social media ‘comments’ as false and defamatory— BUT if they don’t do either or both, run for the hills.
