The way that Jcap has behaved (they have previous form for this) with their shortselling and publishing ”reports” of dubious credibility makes them the scum of the earth.
That they operate from an offshore jurisdiction, where ASX and ASiC regulations & Australian laws cannot be brought to bear on them to bring them to account for their actions, puts them, imho, in the class ‘sewer rat’ or ‘pubic louse’.
