Think of all of the cloud computing stories at the moment on the market.... and a lot of them are struggling market cap wise...yet make good if not great revenue, revenue that exceeds their market cap and are profitable.........
BPF looks like it could swallow JCS in a heart beat based on its financials.... it makes 47 million in revenue and has 4.7 in ebitda and operating cashflow of 5.1 mill.
But in this market I wouldn't want script for my takeover, I would want cash. BPF has great financials about it but has a market cap of just under 40 mill. The whole sector of cloud computing is under rated...
A BPF and a JCS would make a great tie up ...............but i want cash
But for now I wish a few more people would start to buy on fundamentals... and not smoke a and mirrors.
