Interesting isn't it... In the Joint Development Agreement section (a) ii) it states 30d termination by either party. yet in Joint Development Agreement - termination section (g) it states 30d termination by HGST only.
Poor legal document that lawyers get paid excessively to write then get paid again to defend?
Regarding the License Option, seems HGST could take that up any time they liked, before JDA termination of course.
