Agree MJ, there has been a lot of interpretation over the years, and based simply on the sections Sum shared from the hub there is still ambiguity.
I do recall the discussion you talk of re the license option yet we pleb shareholders have no hard facts as we only have excerpts.
Given what we think we know (4DS can cancel with 30d notice) I agree, it would appear foolhardy to flick the agreement just yet.
